What is collected
When you use the quote form or email, Paulo's Prints receives your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and any photos or files you attach.
Why it is collected
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, design and print your job, and deliver it. Your details are not sold, rented or used for marketing lists.
Who can see it
Daniel Kilkelly, who runs the business. Form messages are delivered by an email service and stored in a business email inbox. If your order is posted, your name and address go to Australia Post for delivery.
Paying for a quote
Accepted quotes are paid for through a payment link run by Stripe. Your card number, or your Afterpay, Klarna or Zip details, are entered on Stripe's or that provider's page and never reach Paulo's Prints, which does not see or store them. Stripe passes on your name, email address, phone number and, if your order is posted, your address, so your job can be matched to your payment and delivered.
Your designs and files
Files and photos you send are used for your job only. They are not shared, sold or printed for anyone else.
